Alright, last review of the day: Terminator: Salvation.
This one was a major disappointment. I mean, we're talking huge. I don't even know what to right about except, why was this movie made? The action sequences were cool, and I really liked the kid that played Kyle Rayner, but other than that this film kinda sucked. At least T3 kind of had a cool ending and kind of made fun of itself. This one was just taken way too seriously and other than showy visuals really kind of had nothing going for it. I love the apocalyptic setting, especially LA, but other than that I was left kind of lacking. Not to mention the video game for this movie apparently sucks too. They should come out with a Terminator RPG, that I would play. This movie had a lot of potential but instead they took the easy way out. No depth, and like Wolverine all it was was flashy graphics. At least we had Danny Elfman's reinvention of Brad Fidel's classic theme music to walk away with.
